Still uploading the piccies from July (August soon to follow!) but suffice it to say, it was a big month!

Well, it's June - the start of Winter in Christchurch... We've had a few days of smog, a few frosts, and a few cold, grey days. Thoughts drift to "leckie blankies" and bangers & mash... And I get on the plane and fly to warmer climes! In this case, to visit Jos up in the north island involving a trip to the Kidd family beach bach at Waihi Beach at the base of the Coromandel. Great weekend, and a most gorgeous spot.

Lucky for me, the month of May featured several opportunities to spend time with the woman in my life, Jos Kidd. Sure, there were some other cool things happenin', but I didn't feel moved to photograph many of them for posterity - the main exception being a trip to the beach with Penny, Poll, and Antony, the latter visiting from Auckland. A great month!

Jos and I were finally able to organise a rendezvous in April - most of the pictures aren't of Jos, but rather her cheeky nephew Oliver, and his brother Callum and father Evan. A good bunch, and it's been cool to meet them.

Lotsa stuff happened, watched some ultimate (not playing at the moment myself - more focused on yoga), said bye bye to Kati :( who went back to Germany for a while, did some dancin', some jammin', and had pikelets, jam and cream at work. We sure know how to have a party. It's also worth noting, that it was towards the end of this month, Easter monday to be exact, that I met Jos... my girlfriend.
