The next weekend, Jos returned, and this time we went to Lyttelton, had a coffee and breakfast at Cafe No. 6, hopped the Diamond Harbour ferry and walked up a hill (Mt. Herbert). Then we walked back down, grabbed some drinks at the Diamond Harbour dairy 'cause it was dry and hot, and hopped the ferry back to Lyttelton where we further wet our whistle by quaffing a beer at the inimitable Wunderbar.

Album: Visit to Jos's home turf - Jaffaville
After Jossy's 3 weekend stint in the South Island, I figured it was only fair to head up north to see her stomping ground in Remuera, Auckland. I met her father, Barry, and nieces Ester and Mia... (they refer to their grandfather as "Bazza" - too funny). Jos also took me out to Piha beach on the west coast to get a bit of sand between the toes!
